Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy Agriturismo Montelovesco
Every reservation, after confirmation, is considered a contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other individuals mentioned in the same.
Reservation
The reservation becomes binding for Agriturismo Montelovesco only upon receipt of the payment of the deposit.
Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.
We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the confirmation details and promptly notify us of any anomalies.
Payment by bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, it is necessary to send us the receipt within 1 day from the date of confirmation of the reservation via bank transfer, for which we indicate the details:

If the deposit is not received by the indicated dates, the reservation is void.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash, if less than €5000.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
Force Majeure
Agriturismo Montelovesco disclaims any responsibility for failures due to failed supplies,
accidental equipment failures, or other force majeure causes. We disclaim any responsibility
for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural calamities, epidemics, illnesses, and theft.
