Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy Agriturismo Montelovesco
Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person who makes the booking and for all the other subjects mentioned in it.
Booking
The booking becomes binding for Agriturismo Montelovesco only at the time of receipt of the advance payment.
The confirmation of the booking implies the acceptance of our cancellation terms.
We kindly ask you to check the correctness of the confirmation data and to promptly communicate any anomalies.
Bank transfer payment
In case of payment by bank transfer, it is necessary to send us the receipt within 1 day from the date of confirmation of the booking by bank transfer, for which we indicate the data:

In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated dates, the booking is null and void.
The balance of the booking must be paid upon arrival by bank transfer, credit card, debit card or cash, if less than €5,000.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation within 30 days.
50% penalty of the total for cancellations up to 15 days before check-in.
100% penalty of the total for cancellations after 14 days from check-in.
Force majeure
Agriturismo Montelovesco disclaims any responsibility for disruptions due to failed supplies, accidental breakdowns of equipment or other force majeure causes. Any responsibility is disclaimed for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses and thefts.
